I purchased this keychain on March 13 and received it on March 31. One day short of our anniversary. Communication and shipping were not great. I don’t agree with other people when they say this leather is good quality because it doesn’t look or feel like real leather and It has no leather smell to it.
It’s so perfect omg!!!!! I’m absolutely in love with this keychain that I bought for my fiancé and he loves it too! It came exactly as described (and even better if I do say so) and the seller was so kind and helpful! It also arrived VERY quickly and much sooner than I expected! I’m so happy with my purchase, I will be back in the future!!!!
I am impressed with the quality of this keychain. My only issues were: 1. The inside wording was not vertically centered. Personally I feel as if this is a common thing to do, but I understand that not everyone thinks like me. So ensure that you provide all details of what you would like your product to look like. Overall, I am still Aver very happy with the product.

Key chain quality is good. Met the expectations. Key chain is exactly like the description. Ordered in India so currency conversion and delivery charges makes item costly. One thing I observed is photo appears much better when background shade is light.
I was very happy with the keychain i received, great leather quality and they followed my notes perfectly. The keychain met all my expectations, I love it! It came with a very cute box and a sweet gift card. I am very happy! The only thing i noticed that was a little questionable was the button, which was a little hard to open, which makes it kind of scary when opening. The keychain is new so I assume this becomes easier with time😊🌸

The item is great! its a gift and I think he will love it! the shipping took 2 weeks, just a heads up for others. The seller communicated great throughout the whole process. I think the actual leather covering could be a tad bit bigger to close more easy. However, it is still great! pictures are awesome. I did make sure they were in the correct dimensions and layout prior to sending.
Beautiful product! Love how these customized key chains turned out! Only knock is due to delays with shipping but they was so communicative and touched base with me nearly daily to make sure I got my package! The shop even ended up giving me a partial refund to make up for the lost time, how kind! Highly recommend this for a gift to friends/family! I love how they turned out! The images are so crisp and the colors are so bright! The little metal tags are very high quality! 10/10! I did not get the leather portion etched on for personalization, I’m sure it would have also look great that way. So thankful! My friends who are graduating for professional school with love them!

This was an anniversary gift and it just was not it… 1) I ordered green but the product came out more blue? 2) I messaged the seller to follow up if it’s shipped.. turned out it arrived two days prior. 3) the spacing of the font is weird and oddly wide in the first bar . Maybe just a me thing but the reviews looked better. And then there is a weird glare on one of the photos. Overall seemed like it’s a good product and that maybe mine was just a rushed shipment during a busy time Period!

Seller forgot to update order to shipped so I ended up reaching out after 10 days to check on what the processing time was. They responded very quickly and immediately updated shipping info which I appreciated. The material doesn't seem like real leather but it will get the job done I think. I would have liked the opportunity to choose the order of the photos. I can take them out and rearrange to an extent but not fully (the ones on "back" of each side are upside down so they face correctly when flipped up). The photos printed beautifully and the photo cards seem like a light metal.

Loved this keychain! It was exactly what I was looking for for a gift! The photos on the metal plates are beautiful and not cheap feeling! Seems like they will hold up. The leather keychain part snaps snugly around the plates so they don’t jingle around when closed keeping the photos safe and inside the leather. Highly recommend. Totally worth the price!
